Everyone has a story and we want to hear yours!
The ‘Living Archives’ project wants to preserve our region's history for future generations by recording a series of face-to-face conversations with local storytellers.
Between June and September, we're holding sessions at Rockhampton’s libraries where locals can sit down for an intimate conversation and reveal their experiences of Central Queensland's history, industries, heritage, and community life.
We want to hear stories about everything!
The more unique the better.
Tell us about your experiences on the Fitzroy River, Mount Morgan's mines, the beef industry, local landmarks, and the everyday life that shaped our region.
Or join us as an audience member to ask questions and learn directly from the people who lived these experiences.
Sessions are FREE but places are limited.
Book your time slot above and we'll send you details, including your session location and storyteller topics.
